二.换单
1.Where the customs agent confirms the arrival time and place of the vessel in the designated shipping agent or shipping company, it must confirm the name of the second-way vessel。
2.Original bill of lading with endorsement (fax and letter of guarantee for telex delivery) to shipping company or ship's bill of lading (small bill of lading)。
Note: The original bill of lading can be endorsed in two forms:
(1) The booking party is shown in the consignee column on the bill of lading and endorsed by the consignor;
(2) The consignee column on the bill of lading shows the real consignee and requires the endorsement of the consignee。
三.报检
The Inspection and Quarantine Bureau confirms whether the goods should be inspected according to the regulatory conditions in the commodity code。
1.Customs agents are responsible for import declaration。
2.Import declaration materials include: endorsed original bill of lading/telex release copy, packing list, invoice, contract, small bill of lading。
3.海关:
(1) Customs clearance time: within one working day。
(2) Special goods :2-3 working days。
(3)检查:
A.Technical inspection: according to the documents and the specific goods to determine whether to inspect;
b: Random inspection: After the customs release section releases, the computer checks by itself。
5.Handle delivery of goods。
1.Customs agent to the shipping company or ship container management department for delivery of goods, and endorse the original bill of lading (telex release or fax and letter of guarantee)。
2.Cargo delivery note: the certificate of the container entering and leaving the port area, station, container owner, container manager or its agent to exchange containers and other mechanical equipment, with the function of the manager to issue container vouchers。There are two types of entry and exit, and the exchange process is handled at the gate of the dock yard。
Note: The goods (delivery of CFS terms) should be paid to the container control Department through the notification of the import Department of the shipping agency business Department, and then through the small bill of lading and order directly to the dock to pick up the goods, there is no need to handle the equipment delivery order。
六.提箱
1.Customs agent enterprises with small bills of lading, trailer companies to apply to the relevant departments for import container overdue fees, unloading fees, import documents fees and other deposit procedures。
2.If the depositor is not the consignee indicated on the bill of lading, a letter of guarantee (letter of guarantee) must be issued, agreeing to deposit money for the consignee and pay the corresponding fees。
3.After the deposit is completed, authorized by the ship management department, go to the import box post to handle the container handling procedures, receive the container equipment delivery form, and check whether the content is correct。
4.After dismantling the imported goods, the consignee shall return the empty containers to the designated return place。
5.After the empty container is returned to the designated storage yard, the consignee shall promptly go to the container management department to settle the container charge with the deposit certificate。
七.提货
1.Customs agent or consignee with a small bill of lading to contact the trailer to the designated terminal to pick up goods。
2.The depositor goes to the container control Department to settle the container deposit。
